Description

Hello,

I am using ebox-3300 mini PC and alpine linux 2.3.3 is the only distro which works on this device without much modification!

I was wondering is it possible for someone to compile and post as apk package XGI driver for X.org server?

Source files are here:

http://xorg.freedesktop.org/releases/individual/driver/xf86-video-xgi-1.6.0.tar.gz

Thanks!

Thanks Natanael!

It seems that I can not install it from testing repo, please help me.

This is command line that I've used:

apk add xf86-video-xgi -U -X http://distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr/pub/linux/alpine/alpine/v2.3/testing

I got it! Proper command is:

apk add xf86-video-xgi -U -X http://dl-2.alpinelinux.org/alpine/edge/testing

Now I need to test driver itself...

Google gave me those:

I created an xf86-vidoe-xgixp package in testing. Care to test it?

Thanks!

Hmm, I can not find package at the same location like before (http://dl-2.alpinelinux.org/alpine/edge/testing). Can you check where it is?

Thanks!
