Description

Please can squark be changed to provide the functionality to permit displaying a different page if a category has been marked as "forbid" in squark.conf, instead of displaying the same block page as a category that has been marked as "warn".

This would permit displaying a page that does not contain an override button, for example, or permit displaying alternate text as to why the page was not permitted through.
