Redmine 0.9.3 is already released so its ready for an upgrade.
We will switch to Redmine svn branch 0.9 which will be easier upgradable in the future.

I have updated redmine to SVN 0.9 branch. This does not seem to solve git issues.
NOTE: gem has also been updated with gem itself, although it has been installed by APK before.
