The Create Alpine Package wiki page is unfocused. The SDK configuration instructions and references to the git workflow should be moved to a separate page. Also, the content should be split into a reference page for abuild, and a user guide or tutorial for creating the package. Over time, examples can be provided for package types other than the typical source patch-make-install flow used by the mainstream packages. Packages developed in scripting languages often have very different requirements.
