Upgrade to zabbix-1.8.3

Emailed version of apkbuild to ncopa. Compilation dies partway through with error about undefined reference to '__dn_skipname', so there's probably a dependency that I missed somewhere but I can't (or am too lazy at the moment to) figure out what it is.

added to testing with a dn_skipname patch. Still needs a .pre-installs script and a proper init.d script (gentoo style). I normally just copy init.d scripts from gentoo.

I plan on testing zabbix within the next month or so. If I find any issues I can either fix or open a ticket for it/them. If no one else is volunteering to test, you could probably close the ticket since zabbix is built...

A couple things to start that need to get fixed before zabbix'll run properly (I'll try to get a whole list then change everything at once in APKBUILD):
-Add a default path to sqlite db in /etc/zabbix/zabbix_server.conf
-Fix paths in /usr/share/webapps/zabbix/config.php, especially in the include directives.

Spoke the other day with a friend who is running a production Zabbix server on Alpine (installed before APKBUILD was out). He'll test as soon as he gets time and if possible update apkbuild as necessary.
